The Melegatti Original Pandoro has been as it is since 1894, when the founder Domenico Melegatti invented the shape, name and recipe of this sweet symbol of Christmas. An unchanged goodnes over time made of simple and genuine ingredients: flour, butter and fresh eggs and a long and slow leavening.
